If you wish to apply for a puppy from our kennel, please download "puppy application" file (microsoft office word), fill in your answers, save the file and send it back to us at info@elegar.be  We will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note, that the puppy is considered reserved for you only if and when the deposit is paid and deposit agreement is signed by both Buyer and Seller.
